Online booking tips
- When entering your postal code don’t enter a space
- On the payment screen there is an option to pay the full balance or the deposit, be sure you have selected the correct option
- if you would like to make a special request or mention a special offer you would like to use make a note in the comments section. Promo codes can be entered during checkout
- To see overall availability in a calendar view, select the site type then it will show a box that says “trip details” click on the check in date. A calendar will appear with available dates shown.
- linen packages and pets can be added to a room reservation after the room is selected
- an $12 deposit (cancellation fee) is charged at time of booking. Balance will be paid at or before check in
To check availability use the online reservation system or send an email with dates requested and type of sites/room desired. You will receive an email listing of which sites are available on the dates selected.

We accept reservations year round. Please have a credit card number ready when booking by phone.

Our cancellation policy is 4 days prior to your reservation date of check in for campsites and 7 days prior to check in for rooms and cabin.
If you cancel 4 (7 for rooms and cabins) days or more prior to your reservation date of arrival you will be charged a $12 administration fee. If you cancel within the 4 (7 for rooms and cabin) days prior to your reservation date of arrival you will be charged for one nights fee.
If you fail to cancel you will be charged the full amount.
A $12 deposit will be charged at time of reservation. Balance for reservation is payable upon arrival. We accept Interac, Cash, Visa, Mastercard. We do not accept any cheques. Rates and policies are subject to change. Any changes to dates or sites made less than 14 days prior to check in will be a $4-10 charge.
The check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 1:00pm for campsites and cabin. You must check out of the Rooms and Cabins before 11:00am, but are welcome to remain at the resort until 1:00pm. Priority check-ins or extended check-outs are often possible, depending on availability. Extra charges will apply.
We will hold your site till 9 PM on the date of your reservation arrival. If you will be arriving later than 9 PM you must inform us of your new arrival time so that site can be held for the remainder of your reservation.
Minimum 3 nights stay on long weekends. Rooms and Cabins are a minimum 2 night reservation for weekends in July and August. One night stays may be possible depending on availability, but reservations will not be taken for one night stays. Contact us for more details.
We will attempt to honour your reservation for a specific site/unit, but there may be times that this is not possible. If you would like to guarantee your selected site number please add the lock site option to your reservation. Should a site/unit change be necessary you will be placed in an equivalent site/unit. Whenever possible we will attempt to notify you of the change prior to your arrival.
