Policies

Our cancellation policy is 2 days prior to your reservation date of arrival.

If you cancel 2 days or more prior to your reservation date of arrival we will refund you for the full amount that you prepaid minus a $5.00 administration fee.

If you cancel within the 2 days prior to your reservation date of arrival we will refund you for the full amount that you pre-paid minus one night's camping fee.

If you fail to cancel you will be charged the full amount.

Balance is payable upon arrival. We accept Interac, cash, Visa, Mastercard. We do not accept any cheques.

The check-in time is 2 p.m. Check-out time is Noon for campsite, 11:00am for suites. Earlier check-ins or later check-outs are often possible, depending on availability.

We will hold your site till 9 PM on the date of your reservation arrival. If you will be arriving later than 9 PM you must inform us of your new arrival time so that site can be held for the remainder of your reservation.

Minimum 3 nights stay on long weekends.

A second camping unit on a site will need to register separately unless it is a small tent used for the children in a family.
