Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is 4 days prior to your reservation date of arrival for campsites and 7 days prior to your arrival for rooms and cabin.

If you cancel 4 (7 for rooms and cabins) days or more prior to your reservation date of arrival you will be charged a $5 administration fee. If you cancel within the 4 (7 for rooms and cabin) days prior to your reservation date of arrival you will be charged for one nights fee.

If you fail to cancel you will be charged the full amount.

Balance for entire reservation is payable upon arrival. We accept Interac, Cash, Visa, Mastercard. We do not accept any cheques. Rates and policies are subject to change.

The check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out time is 1:00pm for campsites and cabin. You must check out of the motel style rooms before 11:00am, but are welcome to remain at the resort until 1:00pm. Earlier check-ins or later check-outs are often possible, depending on availability.

We will hold your site till 9 PM on the date of your reservation arrival. If you will be arriving later than 9 PM you must inform us of your new arrival time so that site can be held for the remainder of your reservation.

Minimum 3 nights stay on long weekends. Cabin is a minimum 2 night reservation for weekends in July and August. One night stays may be possible depending on availability, but reservations will not be taken for one night stays. Contact us for more details.

A second camping unit on a site will need to register separately unless it is a small tent used for the children in a family.
